Legally getting pictures of "The Point" is difficult with an unmanned aircraft. In the park, there are no drones allowed. So to get around this problem - you have to go to the South Shore (Station Square) and takeoff from there.

The first snow of Winter 2020 came to Pittsburgh, I had a crazy idea to send my drone up and see what kind of pictures I can get! All went good but when I was flying in 30 degree whether, batteries drain A LOT faster than usual. My phone went from 50% to 20% in a matter of minutes and then from 20% to 1% just like that! I was able to land my drone safely. The drone batteries drained faster as well, just have to watch my battery life and bring it back at around 40% left because they can stop working in that cold of temperature.
